• Organisation name (optional)
• Purpose or message for the session
• Payment details processed via PayChangu (we do not store card numbers)

We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through our hosting and analytics providers.

Your information is used solely to:

• Process and manage your booking request
• Send booking confirmations, payment instructions, and reminders
• Generate Google Meet links for confirmed online sessions
• Notify our team of upcoming sessions
• Respond to enquiries sent via the contact form

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

We use the Google Meet API to create unique video meeting links for confirmed online sessions. This integration requires authorisation from a Google account associated with this platform. We access only the meetings.space.created scope, which allows us to create Google Meet spaces. We do not access your Google calendar, contacts, email, or any other Google account data.

Google Meet links generated through our platform are unique per booking and are shared only with you and the session host.

Payments are processed by PayChangu, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details or mobile money credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by PayChangu in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We store transaction references and payment status for booking reconciliation purposes only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be shared with:

• PayChangu — for payment processing
• Google — for Meet link generation
• Email service providers — to deliver booking notifications

All third parties are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of delivering their service.

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for administrative and financial record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (where no legal obligation requires retention)
