Terms of Use

Through this website, you may request paid sessions with Bena Nkhoma, including but not limited to one-on-one consultations, mentorship sessions, and speaking engagements. All sessions are subject to availability and acceptance by our team.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed session. Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by our team and receipt of full payment within the stated deadline.

The booking process works as follows:

• You submit a booking request with your details and preferred time
• Our team reviews and either accepts, rejects, or proposes an alternative time
• If accepted, you receive a payment link and must complete payment within 48 hours
• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• A Google Meet link (for online sessions) or location details (for in-person) are provided upon confirmation

All prices are displayed in Malawian Kwacha (MWK). Payments are processed securely via PayChangu and are non-refundable except as stated in our cancellation policy below.

If payment is not received within 48 hours of booking acceptance, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the time slot released.

Cancellations by you:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: no refund
• No-shows: no refund

Cancellations by us:

In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed session, you will receive a full refund and be offered priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session by contacting us at bookings@benankhoma.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Sessions are for professional purposes only. You agree to engage respectfully and professionally during all interactions. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if conduct is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or contrary to the purpose of the booking.

Recording of sessions in any form (audio, video, or screen capture) is not permitted without explicit prior written consent from Bena Nkhoma.

All content on benankhoma.com — including text, images, design elements, and materials shared during sessions — is the intellectual property of Benedicto Bena Nkhoma unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

The advice and guidance provided during sessions is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information received during a session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the services provided.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes arising from use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.
